Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aurelion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below.

Acceptable returns 

As all our products are made to order specifically for you, we can only accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Defective items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product or size
  • Quality issues: If the print quality does not meet our standards

How to Request a Return

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We will provide you with return instructions
  2. Send the item back in its original condition with the original tags attached
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement

Please be advised that all return costs will be covered by the returning party. Aurelion will not cover costs of returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items without the original tags still attached
  • Items that are not in their original condition
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way

All returns will be carefully inspected for quality and assurance purposes.
